| Like we previously announced, by the end of the year there will be lunched a user’s guide for Ra Workshop 3.0. The documentation is in it’s final stage and it will be published on our website, it will be incorporated in the application with the new update. We apologize in advance for the possible errors in expression and/or grammar, but like we already said the user’s guide is still in he’s beta phase. If there are subjects that have not been fully discussed, or contain differences from the application we ask of you to notify us. However the documentation has been created keeping in mind the second service pack (SP2) so if the manual contains certain updates that your application doesn’t, it’s very likely that this will be the cause. We give thanks to all the users have invested time in getting to know very well the application and we specially thank the users that notified us about the subjects that need more detailed explanations. We hope that our guide will have covered all the notified aspects. The beginners may follow the user’s course, from the documentation. The documentation is available online at: The user’s guide it’s the second stage (after the forum) from our plan for a better interaction with our customers. The year 2008 will bring more pleasant (we hope) surprises, first of those many surprises will come with the next update. Since this will probably be the last press release for 2007, we want to wish you a Happy New Year!!! and Happy Holidays!!! We thank you for choosing to collaborate with this company and we assure you that we will offer all our support for the next year too.  PS: during holiday season (December 21 – January 6) Pyramid Software will not function. If you have licenses that will expire in this period, we ask of you to request the prolongation codes before Friday, December 21st.
